The problem with Best Buy is you never know if the person helping you knows what they are talking about or not. Some of their staff are well informed, and some like to act like they are which can lead to purchasing the wrong products.

Best Buy has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The company appears to have set the bar low by consistently employing lazy and unknowledgeable sales people who are most interested in where the next rave is going to be.
